This is a special type of printing (Neo Silk Printing) where six layers of print are applied, followed by further special processing, such as glass powder and other unique treatments.

■Concept
Hatsune Miku is a virtual singer who suddenly appeared when I was transitioning from junior high to high school. I remember that at first, she sang with awkward words. But her electronic sound was so cool, and for some reason, it resonated with my heart. My artwork concepts often become rigid, but this time, I want to write in honest words.

At the time, I wasn't particularly good at school, but I had a close friend. On days when we weren't feeling up to it, we would skip school and go to karaoke from noon until evening. We sang Hatsune Miku's songs for hours. I think it was a sanctuary for both of us.
After listening, singing, and drawing so much, collaborating with Hatsune Miku, who was on the other side of the screen, felt like a dream. The songs I loved back then I still listen to now, and before I knew it, she had become a global diva.
